How long does it take for Healthy Embraces to ship my order?
Usually, orders ship in 1-2 business days.
If possible please give us at least 24 hour advance notice before picking up your order from our office. Our office is located at 1834 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.
The shipping rates can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. We use USPS as our standard carrier.
When will I get my shipment?
We are located in Pennsylvania. Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 1-5 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our office that will include a tracking number for your order. We do offer 2nd day and overnight options as well for an additional cost. Please note that all Alaska and Hawaii orders are not able to be expedited and will take between 4-6 business days to deliver from our office once the package is shipped out.
Where does my order ship from?
All Healthy Embraces orders ship from our facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We never drop-ship products. By keeping all shipping in-house, we can guarantee quality, speed and accuracy in your order fulfillment.
Changes to Our Shipping Policy
We reserve the right to change our shipping policy at any time by posting revised terms to our Shipping Policy. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes we may make to this policy.
If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange, or refund.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority here at Healthy Embraces. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please return any items within 30 days for a full refund to:

When we receive your package, we will promptly replace, exchange, credit or refund your purchase PLUS your shipping cost. We will refund the shipping cost of our carrier USPS. If you use a different carrier, you're responsible for the difference.
Returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit. No returns will be accepted after 60 days.
All returns must include a copy of the Returned Goods Authorization and an invoice in order to expedite the refund process.
