Do you provide International delivery?

 

We currently deliver to the Continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange, or refund. It's that easy.

What if I'm not happy with my product?

   

Contact us by text, phone or email and let us know what you're not pleased with and we'll make it right. Please read about our returns policy and we'll make it right for you.

 

What is your returns policy?

 

If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a prompt replacement, exchange, or refund.

Returns after 30 days, we will issue a store credit. No returns or credits will be issued after 60 days.

 

​Clearance items are final sale only and do not apply to this return policy.

If an item was on sale when you purchased it, you will receive a refund in the amount of the sale price plus shipping.

How long will it take to get my order?

 

Usually, orders ship in 1-2 business days.

Where does my order ship from?

 

All orders ship from our facility in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. We never drop-ship products. By keeping all shipping in-house, we can guarantee quality, speed and accuracy in your order fulfillment.

Can I pick up my order?

Of course you can! Just give us at least 24 hour advance notice before picking up your order from our office. Our office is located at 1834 Oregon Pike, Lancaster, PA 17601.

​Will I see the shipping

rates before I place my order?

The shipping rates can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. We use USPS as our standard carrier.

How do I track my order?

 

We will send you an email when your order has shipped and it will include a USPS tracking number. We send everything out USPS Priority Mail.

 

 

 

What are your delivery options?

 

We currently ship all of our items USPS. If we have large orders we may ship UPS instead.

Why do you add essential oils to a cream?

1. Creams are easier to use for newcomers.

We've realized that those individuals that are not accustomed to essential oils will actually try them if all the have to do is apply them. Sounds simple to those familiar with essential oils, but it can be overwhelming to those who are not. The creams are pre-mixed and can be used right out of the jar.

2. Creams seem to absorb better.

When our customers put a diluted drop of essential oil on the top of the arm and put the same dilution of cream on the top of the same arm. Invariably, the area of the cream has no oily residue. We think that no oily residue means that it's absorbed into the skin faster and more fully than just oil.

3. Creams feel better on the skin.

Our base cream has an amazing feel to it and will not leave your skin feeling sticky or oily.
