TIPS & COMMENTS
This is one of our favorite blends. Timing is everything with these method.*
For a Cold: At the very first sign of a cold (scratchy throat, tiredness, soreness, etc.) apply a generous coat to the bottom of each foot. Wait 5-10 minutes and apply a light second coat. Complete 4 applications in 24 hours (6 hours apart). Usually, the cold is gone. I usually apply a 5th application because I want to be sure I nailed it.
For a Flu: At the very first sign of the flu (scratchy throat, tiredness, soreness, temperature, etc.) apply a generous coat to the bottom of each foot. Wait 5-10 minutes and apply a light second coat. Complete 6 applications in 24 hours (4 hours apart). Usually, the flu is gone, I usually apply a 5th application because I want to be sure I nailed it.
*These are tips for use, not guarantees. These are based on customer input and have been using these protocols for years. If a rash develops on the bottom of the foot, discontinue use immediately. These oils are strong and may be too strong for some skin types. When using thiese protocols, use only on the foot bottoms.
